• Services provided to clients in the UAE, UK, and US are delivered as tele-wellness and life-enhancement consultations, not clinical or therapeutic interventions under those jurisdictions.

• Clients engaging from outside India acknowledge that all service delivery and legal obligations fall under Indian professional and ethical frameworks.

4. No Medical or Legal Liability

While our facilitators, mentors, and supervisors are qualified in psychiatry, psychology, and wellness sciences, Curamind assumes no liability for:

• Misinterpretation of wellness advice or educational materials,

• Outcomes resulting from client decisions or actions, or

• Failure to seek or follow up with local medical or mental health support when required.

All guidance, discussions, and materials shared through Curamind are intended for personal insight and growth, not medical treatment or legal advice.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Curamind follows international data-protection standards to protect all client data and communication.
